Alexander 103 Gold Brass Double French Horn (Free Postage Lower 48 States)

Up For Your Consideration Is a Alexander 103 Double French Horn.  This is a really nice god brass Alexander 103.  The finish on the horn is respectable and limited to surface wear, dings, scratches, and other signs of character. The tail and Bell are solid!  The bell Flare is in good condition.  The lead pipe does have some minor dings but nothing that affects the playability of the horn.  THIS HORN IS A PLAYER! The inside tubing is in good condition.  The horn looks really nice.  Please check out the pictures for further clarification of condition.  The horn recently had an inspection; all of the braces are secure, all of the tuning slides and valve caps move freely, and the valves are fast and responsive with good compression.   I was told by the previous owner that Chuck Ward did a valve jog on this horn.  I recently did a valve compression test on this horn and the valves had compression readings between 0.0 - 0.4.  The valves on this horn are nice and tight. I did get a chance to hear the horn play and it was a very good player. The horn comes with a case that has 3 functioning latches. All Double French Horn purchases come with a 10 day No-Fuss Return Policy. Buyer may return the horn within 10 days of receiving the horn with no questions asked. The horn must be postmarked and shipped within 10 days of receiving the horn to initiate the return process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. I do not charge a re-stocking fee for returns if you pay by check or cash. I also offer a 5% cash discount if you buy the horn in person. I do charge a 3.5% re-stocking fee if you pay with a credit card or PayPal. Credit card companies and PayPal do not refund payment processing fees. Buyer would be responsible for a 3.5% restocking fee in the case of a return if the payment is made with a Credit Card or PayPal. Payment will be refunded within 1 day of receiving the horn; provided the horn is returned in its original condition.
