All of the braces are secure, all of the tuning slide pull freely, all of the valve caps turn freely, and the valves are fast and responsive with good compression. The 1st and 2n valve have a valve compression reading of 0.6 and the 3rd valve has a valve reading of 1.2. This horn has good valves and has a very nice sound.
