Conn 8D Elkhart Indiana N Series Nickel Silver Double French Horn (Free Shipping Lower 48 States)

Up For Your Consideration Is A Very Nice Elkhart Indiana N Series Double French Horn. This horn has recently had the lacquer removed and was given a very light brushed finish.  I cannot stress how light of a brushed finish this horn was given; please check out the picture of the Conn Elkhart Engraving on the Tail which displays very nicely.  There are some dings, small dents, surface scratches, and other signs of character. The horn is equipped with an Alexander ring and has a Nickel Silver Flare that screws on very nicely!  The Flare has some signs of previous dent work but is in overall fair condition.   The lead pipe does have some dings and small dents.  There are also some dents on the branches and slides.   Please check out the pictures for further clarification of condition. The horn was given and inspection and all of the braces are secure, the tuning slides move freely, and the valves are quiet, fast, and responsive with good compression.
