Up for your consideration is an Eastlake Production Conn CHR301 Double French Horn.  If you are not familiar that Conn had a new line of French Horns, you are not that far behind me.  This is an interesting horn to say the least.   I believe this may have been a factory error horn since the model number stamped on the bell is for a single French Horn.  This is a great playing horn priced a super fair price in hopes it will wind up in the hands of a family looking for a great deal on a like new double French Horn.   The interesting thing about this horn is that the CHR301 model is a single horn.  Conn Does make a new CHR401 and CHR431 which are double French Horns, but the wraps on those two models are different than both of the newer Conn double French Horns.  The wrap on this horn resembles the wrap of a Conn 6D.  The horn is in like new condition with excellent valve compression.  I did a valve compression test on the horn and all of the valves had readings between 0.2 - 1.0.    This is a mechanical linkage model horn; the valves are fast, quiet, and responsive with excellent compression.  This would make a great horn for any player looking to take their playing to the next level.   This is a like new horn at a fraction of the cost of a new horn.  The horn comes with the original Conn Case..  Please check out the pictures for further clarification of condition. This horn recently came out of the shop and was given an inspection;  All of the braces are secure, all of the tuning slides and valves caps move freely, and the valves function properly.     Not only does this horn look amazing!  THIS HORN IS A PLAYER!   The horn is in excellent condition and plays very well.     Priced to sell at $2,050 with free postage in the lower 48 States.  I do offer free postage, but charge $25 dollars for the box, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts necessary to ship the horn safely. All Double French Horn purchases come with a 10 day No-Fuss Return Policy. Buyer may return the horn within 10 days of receiving the horn with no questions asked. The horn must be postmarked and shipped within 10 days of receiving the horn to initiate the return process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. I do not charge a re-stocking fee for returns if you pay by check or cash. I also offer a 5% cash discount if you buy the horn in person. I do charge a 3.5% re-stocking fee if you pay with a credit card or PayPal. Credit card companies and PayPal do not refund payment processing fees. Buyer would be responsible for a 3.5% restocking fee in the case of a return if the payment is made with a Credit Card or PayPal. Payment will be refunded within 1 day of receiving the horn; provided the horn is returned in its original condition.
