Up For Your Consideration Is A Stunning Custom Conn V8D Double French Horn.  This horn started out with a Conn V8D valve cluster that I acquired with near perfect compression.  I did a valve compression reading on the valves, and each valve had a valve compression reading between 0.2 - 0.6.  The valve cluster was added to a custom Mile "O'Malley tail that was bent for a Yamaha 667.  The inside tubing was re-configured to accommodate the Geyer Tail.  The lead pipe is from a Conn V8D.  A new duck foot was installed.  Custom coins were added to the levers!  The tail has a light brushed finish; the bell Flare has a polished look.  The horn is un-lacquered.  I recently took this horn to the Midwest Band Conference and horn players really loved playing this horn!  THIS HORN IS A PLAYER!  This horn is practically brand new!  The horn was given an inspection; all of the braces are secure, all of the tuning slides and valves caps move freely, and the valves are fast, quiet, and responsive with great compression.  The horn comes with a new Miles O'Malley Geyer Flare.  This horn is sweet.  Serial number posted for  your review.  The horn comes with a brand new Pro-tec detachable bell case. All Double French Horn purchases come with a 10 day No-Fuss Return Policy. Buyer may return the horn within 10 days of receiving the horn with no questions asked. The horn must be postmarked and shipped within 10 days of receiving the horn to initiate the return process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. I do not charge a re-stocking fee for returns if you pay by check or cash. I also offer a 5% cash discount if you buy the horn in person. I do charge a 3.5% re-stocking fee if you pay with a credit card or PayPal. Credit card companies and PayPal do not refund payment processing fees. Buyer would be responsible for a 3.5% restocking fee in the case of a return if the payment is made with a Credit Card or PayPal. Payment will be refunded within 1 day of receiving the horn; provided the horn is returned in its original condition.
