This particular Getzen horn is a respectable horn for $550 dollars with Free Shipping. This horn recently came out of the shop and all of the braces are secure, all of the tuning
slides pull freely, and the valves function properly. The valves do have some up and down and side to side play; but still has enough compression to go through a full range of notes and produce a good sound. This horn is a tank and is a little heavier than your normal double French Horn. The horn has a heart patch on the throat of the horn. The lead pipe has taken some hits but is still accepting mouthpieces! The bell solid and sturdy! Comes with a case with 3 functioning latches. Priced to sell at $550 with Free Postage in the Lower 48 States. I do offer free postage, but charge $25 dollars for the box, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts necessary to ship the horn safely. All Double French Horn purchases come with a 10 day No-Fuss Return Policy. Buyer may return the horn within 10 days of receiving the horn with no questions asked. The horn must be postmarked and shipped within 10 days of receiving the horn to initiate the return process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. I do not charge a re-stocking fee for returns if you pay by check or cash. I also offer a 5% cash discount if you buy the horn in person. I do charge a 3.5% re-stocking fee if you pay with a credit card or PayPal. Credit card companies and PayPal do not refund payment processing fees. Buyer would be responsible for a 3.5% restocking fee in the case of a return if the payment is made with a Credit Card or PayPal. Payment will be refunded within 1 day of receiving the horn; provided the horn is returned in its original condition.
