Up For Your Consideration Is A Holton H379 Nickel Silver Detachable Bell Double French Horn.  This horn has near perfect compression with all 4 valves having compression readings of 0.5 or less!   THIS HORN IS A PLAYER!   This would be a very nice horn for any French Horn Player looking for a very nice horn.  The horn has the original finish which is limited to some minor scratching and wear.  There are some minor dings, dents, surface scratches, and other signs of character.  Please check out the pictures for further clarification of condition. The bell looks great, the lead pipe is nice and straight and the valves are fast, quiet, and responsive with excellent compression.  The bell was recently cut with an Alexander ring and screws on "smooth as butter!" The horn was recently given an inspection, and all of the tuning slides move freely, all of the valve caps turn freely, and the valves function properly. The horn comes with a case that has 3 functioning latches.  The horn plays nicely and has a lovely sound.    This horn is band director approved and comes with a 10 day no fuss return policy.  Serial number posted for your review. The horn is priced to sell at $2550 with Free Postage in the Lower 48 States. I do offer free postage, but charge $25 dollars for the box, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts necessary to ship the horn safely. I offer a 10 day no fuss return policy that is outlined below. All Double French Horn purchases come with a 10 day No-Fuss Return Policy. Buyer may return the horn within 10 days of receiving the horn with no questions asked. The horn must be postmarked and shipped within 10 days of receiving the horn to initiate the return process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. I do not charge a re-stocking fee for returns if you pay by check or cash. I also offer a 5% cash discount if you buy the horn in person. I do charge a 3.5% re-stocking fee if you pay with a credit card or PayPal. Credit card companies and PayPal do not refund payment processing fees. Buyer would be responsible for a 3.5% restocking fee in the case of a return if the payment is made with a Credit Card or PayPal. Payment will be refunded within 1 day of receiving the horn; provided the horn is returned in its original condition.
