Up For Your Consideration Is a Super Nice Holton H104 Barry Tuckwell Double French Horn complete with both interchangeable lead pipes! The horn recently had the lacquer removed and was given a super light brushed finish. The rose brass tail and Bell Flare look amazing complimented by the Nickel Silver corpus! This horn not only looks amazing but also plays like a professional horn should play. The horn recently had an ultrasonic cleaning in August of 2026 and is ready for a new owner. No need for a valve job; this horn has near perfect valve compression. I recently did a valve compression test on all the valves and the valves had compression readings between 0 - 0.6. The valves are fast, quiet, and responsive with excellent compression. THIS HORN IS A PLAYER! There are some minor dings, dents, surface scratches, and other signs of character. I have taken many pictures to help clarify the condition of the horn. The bell Flare looks great, the tail is in very good condition and does not show signs of previous dent work, both lead pipes look great. This horn has an interchangeable lead pipe system that functions better than any interchangeable lead pipe system I have ever seen. The horn also has the Holton Bayonet -style screw bell system which is also a cool and unique feature. The bell screws on very nicely. The horn comes with the original Holton Screw Bell case. The leather bag for the second lead pipe is still present. The serial number is posted for your review. The horn is priced to sell at $5,550.00 with Free Postage in the Lower 48 States. I do offer free postage, but charge $25 dollars for the box, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts necessary to ship the horn safely. I offer a 10 day no fuss return policy that is outlined below. All Double French Horn purchases come with a 10 day No-Fuss Return Policy. Buyer may return the horn within 10 days of receiving the horn with no questions asked. The horn must be postmarked and shipped within 10 days of receiving the horn to initiate the return process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. I do not charge a re-stocking fee for returns if you pay by check or cash. I also offer a 5% cash discount if you buy the horn in person. I do charge a 3.5% re-stocking fee if you pay with a credit card or PayPal. Credit card companies and PayPal do not refund payment processing fees. Buyer would be responsible for a 3.5% restocking fee in the case of a return if the payment is made with a Credit Card or PayPal. Payment will be refunded within 1 day of receiving the horn; provided the horn is returned in its original condition.
