Up For Your Consideration Is a Holton H181 Double French Horn. This would be a great horn for any horn player looking to upgrade to a very nice playing horn! THE COMPRESSION ON THIS HORN IS VERY GOOD! I recently did a compression reading and all of the valves were between 0.2 - 0.4 This horn has the original finish which looks very nice. The lacquer is still intact and is limited to minor surface scratches and surface wear. The bell is in very good condition and does not show any signs of previous repair. I do not see any signs of any previous major dent work on this horn. The bell and tail are solid! The lead pipe looks great. The inside tubing of the horn is in very good condition. There are some dings, dents, scratches, and other signs of character. Please check out the pictures for further clarification of condition. Not only does this horn look amazing! THIS HORN IS A PLAYER! The horn was recently given an inspection; all of the tuning slides move freely, all of the valve caps turn freely, and the valves are fast, quiet, and responsive with excellent compression. The horn comes with the original Holton fixed bell case. The Serial number posted for your review. The horn is priced to sell at $3950 with Free Postage in the Lower 48 States. I do offer free postage, but charge $25 dollars for the box, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts necessary to ship the horn safely. I offer a 10 day no fuss return policy that is outlined below. All Double French Horn purchases come with a 10 day No-Fuss Return Policy. Buyer may return the horn within 10 days of receiving the horn with no questions asked. The horn must be postmarked and shipped within 10 days of receiving the horn to initiate the return process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. I do not charge a re-stocking fee for returns if you pay by check or cash. I also offer a 5% cash discount if you buy the horn in person. I do charge a 3.5% re-stocking fee if you pay with a credit card or PayPal. Credit card companies and PayPal do not refund payment processing fees. Buyer would be responsible for a 3.5% restocking fee in the case of a return if the payment is made with a Credit Card or PayPal.
