Up For Your Consideration Is A Real Treat. Rarely will you see a horn of this Vintage with the original finish looking spectacular. I apologize the pictures do not capture how handsome this horn truly is. There are some dings, dents, surface scratches, and minor imperfections to the lacquer finish, but nothing that affects the playability of this horn. The horn is original to the King Factory and the Bell Flare, Bell Tail, Lead Pipe, inside tubing, and other components of the horn are in very good condition. This horn has very good valve compression. The valves are fast, quiet, and responsive with very good compression! The ring set is what I believe to be a ring set that King used in their factory . I am not permitted to change out the bell with my other Alexander Ring Set Flares. The Bell screws on very nicely! The horn was given an inspection and all the braces are secure, the tuning slides and valve caps move freely, and the horn is in very good condition for a horn of this vintage.
