The finish on the horn is respectable and limited to some minor dings, dents, surface scratches, and other signs of character. cheap Chinese model French Horn. THIS HORN IS A TANK AND CAN TAKE A BEATING! This horn was made in Eastlake Ohio by good ole American King factory workers. The lead pipe is the horns biggest flaw. I do have brand new Lead pipes available for this horn if you would like to purchase a new lead pipe for it. The horn went through an inspection and all of the brace are secure, all of the tuning slide pull freely, and the valves are fast, quiet and have fair compression. The horn sounds great when you utilize a heavier oil. The serial number is posted for your review. The horn comes with a case with 3 functioning latches. All Double French Horn purchases come with a 10 day No-Fuss Return Policy. Buyer may return the horn within 10 days of receiving the horn with no questions asked. The horn must be postmarked and shipped within 10 days of receiving the horn to initiate the return process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. I do not charge a re-stocking fee for returns if you pay by check or cash. I also offer a 5% cash discount if you buy the horn in person. I do charge a 3.5% re-stocking fee if you pay with a credit card or PayPal. Credit card companies and PayPal do not refund payment processing fees. Buyer would be responsible for a 3.5% restocking fee in the case of a return if the payment is made with a Credit Card or PayPal. Payment will be refunded within 1 day of receiving the horn; provided the horn is returned in its original condition.
