The horn recently had the lacquer stripped and was given a very light brushed finish, dents were taken out, and the horn was given an inspection. All of the tuning slides move freely, all of the braces are secure, and the valves are fast and responsive. There are some dings, dents, surface scratches, battle scars, and other signs of character, but nothing that affects the playability of the instrument. The horn does have a patch as illustrated in the pictures. This would be perfect for a student looking for a decent horn on a tight budget.
