Kruspe Gold Brass Wendler Compensating Double French Horn (Free Postage Lower 48 States)

Up For Your Consideration is a very nice Gold Brass Kruspe Wendler compensating double French Horn.   This horn is an amazing player!  Seldom do you see horns of this vintage with such good valve compression.  I did a valve compression reading on all the valves, and the valves had a compression reading between 0.6 - 1.2.   This horn was professionally played in the Ringling Brothers Circus in the 1930's according to the previous owner.  The horn was professionally maintained and most likely had the valves rebuilt at some time.  There are some patches throughout the horn.  The patches look like they were done very well.  The finish on the horn is very respectable and is limited to some minor dings, dents, surface scratches, wear, and other signs of character.  I have taken many pictures with many angles for your review.   Please check out the pictures for further clarification of condition.  The horn recently came out of the shop and was given an inspection.  All of the braces are secure, all of the slides and valve caps move freely, and the valves are fast, quiet, and responsive with very good compression.  The bell is in good condition.  The tail looks lovely!  The inside tubing and valve cluster are in good condition.  The lead pipe does have a slight bend.   I do not see a serial number on this horn.  The Kruspe bell engraving looks fantastic.  This horn is very light!   This horn has a very lovely sound that will not disappoint.  The horn comes with a fixed bell case with 3 functioning latches.  The case is not original.   The horn is priced to sell at $2,950.00 with Free Postage in the Lower 48 States.  I do offer free postage, but charge $25 dollars for the box, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts necessary to ship the horn safely.  I offer a 10 day no fuss return policy that is outlined below.
