Miraphone 186 Tuba With Yamaha 321 Silver Bell (Free Postage Lower 48 States)

Up For Your Consideration is a Miraphone 186 Four Rotary Tuba Valve Cluster on a Yamaha 321 Silver Bell.   The original Miraphone Bell on this 186 model was a big mess.  The valve section was in good condition and the valves had good compression.  I took the the Tuba to Keith Polito Brass Instrument repair to get this tuba back to it's glory days.  Keith did a wonderful job replacing all of the linkages, made adjustments to the tuning slide, and took out some dents.  The Tuba was also given a good cleaning.  The tuba plays great and is very "punchy".  The Tuba does have some remaining dents, but it plays great, and the valve action is wonderful.  The lead pipe is in good condition.  The new Bell looks great.   This Tuba is a little bit taller than your normal Miraphone 186!  The tuba has a unique look and would  make a great instrument for any serious Tuba player.  The Tuba does not come with a case.
