Up For Your Consideration Is a Olds 45 modified horn. The horn was modified by Lindsey Jones from Silver and Brass. The horn has an ascending valve and was inspired to play like a Descant horn. This is a very interesting horn that took many hours to make and was also a costly project. The finish on the horn is limited to some dings, dents, surface scratches, and other signs of character. The most notable dent is located close to the first branch. I have taken many pictures to help clarify the condition of the horn. Please check out the pictures for further clarification of condition. This horn has good compression with all valves with valve compression readings between 1-2.0 The valves are fast, responsive, and quiet, with good compression. THIS HORN IS A PLAYER! The horn recently came of the shop and was given an inspection. All of the braces are secure, all of the tuning slides pull freely, and the valves function very well. The serial number is posted for your revies. The horn comes with a brand new Protec Detachable Bell Case. Priced to sell at $4,250.00 with Free postage in the lower 48 States. I do offer free postage, but charge $25 dollars for the box, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts necessary to ship the horn safely. I offer a 10 day no fuss return policy that is outlined below. All Double French Horn purchases come with a 10 day No-Fuss Return Policy. Buyer may return the horn within 10 days of receiving the horn with no questions asked. The horn must be postmarked and shipped within 10 days of receiving the horn to initiate the return process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. I do not charge a re-stocking fee for returns if you pay by check or cash. I also offer a 5% cash discount if you buy the horn in person. I do charge a 3.5% re-stocking fee if you pay with a credit card or PayPal. Credit card companies and PayPal do not refund payment processing fees. Buyer would be responsible for a 3.5% restocking fee in the case of a return if the payment is made with a Credit Card or PayPal. Payment will be refunded within 1 day of receiving the horn; provided the horn is returned in its original condition.
