Paxman 81X Compensating Triple French Horn (Free Postage Lower 48 States)

Up for your consideration is a Paxman Compensating Triple French Horn. The model number is not listed on the horn. I have been told by many professional contacts that this is the model 81X based on the serial number and their expertise in the horn world. With that being said, I am not 100% certain that this particular horn is a model 81X. The horn is stamped Merewether system, Made in England. There is some wear on the finish, but the horn has an overall good appearance. There are some minor dings, dents, surface scratches and other signs of character. The lead pipe is in good condition, and the bell looks very nice. The bell screws on the tail with ease. The inside tubing is limited to some minor dings. The horn has a nice appearance! Please check out the pictures for further clarification of condition. The horn was recently given an inspection; all of the braces are secure, all of the tuning slides and valve caps pull freely, and the valves are fast and responsive with good compression. This would make a great horn for anyone looking to add a triple horn to their arsenal without breaking the bank. The horn has a lovely sound. and plays very nicely. All Triple French Horn purchases come with a 10 day No-Fuss Return Policy. Buyer may return the horn within 10 days of receiving the horn with no questions asked. The horn must be postmarked and shipped within 10 days of receiving the horn to initiate the return process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. I do not charge a re-stocking fee for returns if you pay by check or cash. I also offer a 5% cash discount if you buy the horn in person. I do charge a 3.5% re-stocking fee if you pay with a credit card or PayPal. Credit card companies and PayPal do not refund payment processing fees. Buyer would be responsible for a 3.5% restocking fee in the case of a return if the payment is made with a Credit Card or PayPal.
