Willson CS250 Geyer Knoph Wrap Double French Horn (Free Postage Lower 48 States)

Up For Your Consideration is a very nice Willson CS-250 Double French Horn.  This is the ideal horn for solo playing and for orchestral or chamber-music horn players. The Bb and F horns feature an excellent tonal balance in all registers. The perfect intonation and the precise response are the result of our intensive research efforts in the field of tubing diameters and design.  This horn is in excellent condition.  The lacquer on the horn is 95% with some small areas of oxidation on the throat of the horn.  There are some very tiny dings, surface scratches, and other signs of character.  The bell looks gorgeous, the lead pipe is fantastic, and the tubing is phenomenal!  Please check out the pictures for further clarification of condition.  The horn was given an inspection; all of the braces are secure, all of the tuning slides and valve caps move freely, and the Rotax valves are super fast, quiet, and responsive.  I did a valve compression test on the horn, and all of the valves had valve compression readings between 0.5 - 1.2.   THIS HORN IS A PLAYER!  The new owner of this horn will likely need to do some research on which mouthpiece is the best for this horn.  The horn does come with a detachable bell case.  The serial number is posted for your review.  Priced to sell at $3,950.00 with free postage in the lower 48 states.  I do offer free postage, but charge $25 dollars for the box, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts necessary to ship the horn safely.  I offer a 10 day no fuss return policy that is outlined below. All Double French Horn purchases come with a 10 day No-Fuss Return Policy. Buyer may return the horn within 10 days of receiving the horn with no questions asked. The horn must be postmarked and shipped within 10 days of receiving the horn to initiate the return process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. I do not charge a re-stocking fee for returns if you pay by check or cash. I also offer a 5% cash discount if you buy the horn in person. I do charge a 3.5% re-stocking fee if you pay with a credit card or PayPal. Credit card companies and PayPal do not refund payment processing fees. Buyer would be responsible for a 3.5% restocking fee in the case of a return if the payment is made with a Credit Card or PayPal. Payment will be refunded within 1 day of receiving the horn; provided the horn is returned in its original condition.
