Up For Your Consideration Is a remarkable Yamaha YHR-671 Double French Horn!  If you are thinking about buying a new Yamaha 671 for 7K after taxes, you may consider buying this horn which is in excellent condition for a much lower price.  The horn is in very good condition and was only used by the former player for a very short amount of time before he decided to quit playing the French Horn.  The finish looks amazing and is limited to some minor surface scratches and two small dings on the bell Flare.  The bell looks wonderful, the tail is in excellent condition, the inside tubing looks marvelous, and the lead pipe is superb!  THIS HORN IS A GEM!  There are some surface scratches, minor imperfections, and other signs of character!   Please check out the pictures for further clarification of condition.  The horn recently came out of the shop and was given an inspection; all of the braces are secure, all of the tuning slides pull freely, and the valves are fast, quiet, and responsive with excellent compression!  I recently did a valve compression reading on all the valves, and the valves had compression readings that read between 0.4 - 0.8   This would be a great horn for any French Horn Player looking to take their horn playing to a higher level.   The Yamaha 671 is a very respectable horn and would be great for any horn player looking to take their playing to the next level.  THIS HORN IS A PLAYER!  The horn comes with the original Yamaha fixed bell case.  The Serial number is posted for your review. All sales come with a 10 day no fuss return policy.  Priced to sell at $4,950.00 with Free Postage in the Lower 48 States.  I do offer free postage, but charge $25 dollars for the box, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts necessary to ship the horn safely. All Double French Horn purchases come with a 10 day No-Fuss Return Policy. Buyer may return the horn within 10 days of receiving the horn with no questions asked. The horn must be postmarked and shipped within 10 days of receiving the horn to initiate the return process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. I do not charge a re-stocking fee for returns if you pay by check or cash. I also offer a 5% cash discount if you buy the horn in person. I do charge a 3.5% re-stocking fee if you pay with a credit card or PayPal. Credit card companies and PayPal do not refund payment processing fees. Buyer would be responsible for a 3.5% restocking fee in the case of a return if the payment is made with a Credit Card or PayPal. Payment will be refunded within 1 day of receiving the horn; provided the horn is returned in its original condition.
