Up for Your Consideration is a Modified Yamaha YHR-766 Double French Horn. First, foremost, and most importantly, THIS HORN HAS LIKE NEW VALVES! The valve compression reading on all the valves are between 0.2 - 0.6 I recently picked this horn up on consignment and the owner would like to see it go to a student a good price. This is a great price for a very solid horn that will make any band director or music teacher very happy. This is a Detachable Bell model equipped with the original Yamaha ring set. The bell screws on very nicely. The finish on the horn is respectable and limited to areas of surface wear. There are some dings, dents, scratches, and other signs of character. The tail and Bell are solid! The lead pipe is in good condition. The inside tubing is in good condition. Please check out the pictures for further clarification of condition. The horn recently came out of the shop and was given an inspection; all of the braces are secure, all of the tuning slides pull freely along with the valves caps; and the valves are fast, quiet, and responsive with great compression. All Double French Horn purchases come with a 10 day No-Fuss Return Policy. Buyer may return the horn within 10 days of receiving the horn with no questions asked. The horn must be postmarked and shipped within 10 days of receiving the horn to initiate the return process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. I do not charge a re-stocking fee for returns if you pay by check or cash. I also offer a 5% cash discount if you buy the horn in person. I do charge a 3.5% re-stocking fee if you pay with a credit card or PayPal. Credit card companies and PayPal do not refund payment processing fees. Buyer would be responsible for a 3.5% restocking fee in the case of a return if the payment is made with a Credit Card or PayPal. Payment will be refunded within 1 day of receiving the horn; provided the horn is returned in its original condition.
