Up For Your Consideration Is An Absolutely Stunning Yamaha YHR-868GD Double French Horn. At one time, the lacquer was stripped from this horn; and the patina has been aging like a "fine wine" ever since. The horn has a remarkable finish! This horn is a real winner. First off, the valves have near perfect compression. We did a valve compression reading on all the valves and each valve had a valve compression reading between 0.2 - 0.6. This is a like new Custom YHR-868GD with upgrades at a great price The hand guard was removed, the original finger hook was swapped out with a Durk finger hook, a Durk Duckfoot was added, and Durk slide locks were added to the horn. The 800 model series horns from Yamaha are considered to be professional model horns by many French Horns players around the world. THIS HORN IS AN AMAZING PLAYER! The previous owner had some serious pride of ownership. I do not see any signs of previous dent work or damage. There are some dings, dents, surface scratches, and other signs of character; but overall, this horn is in very good condition. The bell Flare looks great! The lead pipe is in very good condition! The inside tubing looks excellent! Please check out the pictures for further clarification of condition. The horn recently had an inspection; all of the braces are secure, all of the tuning slides and valve caps move freely, and the valves are fast, quiet, and responsive with excellent compression. The serial number is posted for your review. The horn comes with an Eastman case that is a perfect fit for this horn! You got to see how beautiful this horn is in person! All Double French Horn purchases come with a 10 day No-Fuss Return Policy. Buyer may return the horn within 10 days of receiving the horn with no questions asked. The horn must be postmarked and shipped within 10 days of receiving the horn to initiate the return process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. I do not charge a re-stocking fee for returns if you pay by check or cash. I also offer a 5% cash discount if you buy the horn in person. I do charge a 3.5% re-stocking fee if you pay with a credit card or PayPal. Credit card companies and PayPal do not refund payment processing fees. Buyer would be responsible for a 3.5% restocking fee in the case of a return if the payment is made with a Credit Card or PayPal. Payment will be refunded within 1 day of receiving the horn; provided the horn is returned in its original condition.
